If you do not agree, do not purchase our products or access our resources.

2. Product Description

The Elucubra Productivity Ecosystem Planner is a personal development tool designed to help users increase productivity and track life goals.

While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, we do not guarantee specific results. Success depends on the individual’s effort and consistency in using the planner.

3. Orders & Payments

• All purchases are final.

• Payment must be completed at checkout using our secure payment gateway.

• You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details.

• Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate cancellation of your order and may be reported to legal authorities.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within ten (10) business days.

• We currently ship to the continental U.S..

• International shipping is considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Shipping times vary based on location and are subject to carrier delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has left our warehouse.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final.

However, we offer replacements for products that are damaged upon arrival.

• If your planner arrives damaged, you must contact us at chris@elucubra.com within 30 days of purchase for a replacement.
